About Our Clinic

Our clinic was originally established as a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) under the name Pharmacological Challenges Incorporated. It was founded by esteemed senior research scientists Dr. Sai C. Chan, MD, PhD, and Dr. Jon Hanifin, MD, of the Oregon Medical School. The clinic’s early mission focused on conducting advanced research and development of novel skin formulations targeting immuno-dermatological conditions such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and lupus, as well as protocols addressing skin aging at the genetic level.
In 2022, the clinic underwent a comprehensive remodel and transformation. Today, it operates as a state-of-the-art, multi-functional dermatology specialty clinic. Our facility combines precision medicine with advanced aesthetic skincare, offering both clinical services and ongoing research and development of cutting-edge treatment protocols. We are proud to continue our legacy of innovation by bridging science and skincare in a personalized, gene-targeted approach.
